Throughout his career, Drazen has worked with top-tier companies, including Abbott, AstraZeneca, and Novartis, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the industry's evolving landscape. His vision for Hedgehog Consulting is to provide companies with the intelligence they need to make informed, strategic decisions that drive success.
Our team consists of top-tier experts, including data scientists, mathematicians, and physicians across various specialties. Drazen holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry, an MBA from IE Business School, and has completed a statistics program at UC Berkeley, further solidifying his expertise in data-driven strategy.

Hedgehog Consulting was founded in 2021, initially focusing solely on consultancy, leveraging our extensive expertise in the medtech and pharma sectors. With a background spanning marketing, sales, and commercial operations, we provided strategic support tailored to our clients' needs. As our client network grew, it became evident that the existing consultancy landscape left many critical needs unmet. To bridge this gap, we expanded our services to support clients throughout the entire product lifecycle—from early-stage product development to competitive intelligence, market research, pricing, brand positioning, and ultimately, product phase-out.
A pivotal moment in our growth was the decision to bring all our services in-house. This shift enabled us to maintain the highest quality standards, gain full control over data and research processes, and uphold our rigorous internal benchmarks.
